Little'un was created after learning about the Baby Box concept that has been part of social services (Kela) maternity care in Finland for over 75 years (read more here).We recognised that parents outside of Finland should have the opportunity to experience the same benefits: the Finnish box is credited in helping Finnish babies be amongst the healthiest in the world by reducing health risks posed through sleep. And, as working women in London, we also saw how it could also make it so much easier for new parents, by providing essential items to take to the hospital and then for their baby's first weeks and months, whilst giving babies a safe space to sleep. 

 

Little'un have sourced and road tested a range of products to give you only the best and most essential, because you don't have time to waste... Little'un's range of products incorporate environmentally

friendly, organic products too, to help build a cleaner world for our future generations. And our box comes from exactly the same manufacturer as used by the Finnish government (though we have wrapped it in our own unique Little'un pattern for a colourful finish!)

 

We also thought that the baby box would be a perfect gift, having experienced the sometimes frustrating ordeal of choosing presents for a mum-to-be and baby shower. Our Baby Box is the perfect option for dads-to-be, a group of friends or colleagues, or family members to gift to a new mum/dad to be - it will surely impress and prove super useful.
